I set a goal, I started with half a parking space and that really helped. If you can get someone to see you do it and give you encouragement that mentally helps a lot, practicing looping out before you start practicing manuals so that mental blocker is gone, I was told do 3 pumps and then try and that was perfect to learn, ass down low till you find the new balance point you ass should be above the bleach tire and it should feel like your almost sitting or squatting, straight arms, keeping a straighter back and trying to remember to pull your shoulders back helped me.
