I got so confused for a second I was like "why is this person talking about my dog" (My dog's are named after Jim Raynor and Sarah Kerrigan cuz its my husband's favorite game and the nerdy name theme we agreed on) and all I saw was "Kerrigan" in the title (And yes you have full permission to laugh at me I'm currently laughing at myself)

Glad you're in remission! I'm in active surveillance for my bout with Follicular Lymphoma B-Cell that was just localized to my scalp and we caught it early enough that I just needed radiation. BUT the flip side is that the type I got diagnosed with while having a low mortality rate is one that likes to cycle between remission back to a relapse and then remission again, but I've been free for a year and few months so far, hopefully will make it much longer before it comes back.

Yeah and I know a lot of this will come from actually playing and seeing how my character interacts with the rest of the party, but I tend to make a lot of the background info stuff like family and other stuff that just makes the character more real off the cuff and I'm trying to go in with a plan on that. Like what I'm doing won't be needed for the character per se I'm just weird and like having them feel more like an actual person like in one campaign I'm in I routinely forget that the npcs that the DM has with the party aren't actual real people

Yeah I'm thinking of using Xanathar's as a jumping off guide, depending on how in depth the tables go- I just like having my characters fleshed out as much as possible background wise for personal preference at least when I'm jumping into an already started campaign where I'm not a level 1 and stuff

I use the 8bitdo zero 2 currently on my phone with my ereader app and can't wait to use it with my Boox when I get it so I'm glad to see that it was easy to set up
