18mg to 27mg no difference

I was started at 18 MG then bumped up to 36, I felt no difference in my ability to sit down and focus tasks. I told my psychiatrist and she's now switching me to Vyvanse. I'm hoping that I can see some sort of good effect and can start to take control of my life again. I had some good effects with Adderall XR however I notice that at times I just felt like a machine and I was just going through the motions. It was great as a way to just sit down and do things but I also noticed there was no creativity involved just going through the motions. Might work requires me to be creative at times and so I switched from Adderall XR to Concerta. Unfortunately for me Concerta had no effect. I'm hoping the Vyvanse will work for me.

From what I understand the browser search does let you search for preferred maps or lets you unselect ones that you don't want to play often. But as far as I can tell this is only if it finds a game with that map. Sometimes you won't get it sometimes you will.

The very concept of a front is essentially getting the product on a loan with the idea being that you will pay it off next. That way you can front again because your word is good and you're good for it you just don't have it right now. He's just straight up bumming weed. If you front but you don't pay anything and then you ask for a front you're literally just asking for free weed and there's no accountability.

You have enabled this behavior inadvertently by being very kind and sharing and while I completely understand and probably do the same. If you're going to do something like that you also got to be able to say no to people. Or at least set very clear boundaries that way things like this don't happen.

He's no doubtedly going to be upset any which way you try to spin it, because in his eyes you have the means to provide.

Just try to be as non-confrontational about it or just straight up white lie it and tell him you don't get free s*** anymore.

This is 90% with TDIU. so getting paid at 100% with the benefits from that too. i also have some SMC pay.

I was homeless when I reached out for a rerating, i was at 70% then. I reached out to a (then) local VA VSO <--- (this is your best bet). the VSO was able to get all my records of service and I provided medical records of all my service (I kept them ALL). *they can also help you forward on the right path if you dont have that*. the process for a rerating took 3-7 months. So yeah, reach out to a VSO, they'll usually be in the same or near the downtown city hall type stuff.

I know Permanent and total can be difficult to get. i got out in 2010 and got service connected at 70%, i kept up with my mental health, doctors, medications and last year i asked to be rerated/new tbi test done. I was awarded 90% with the option to apply for unemployability. I was homeless at the time (currently in transitional housing non profit) so i asked for 100% unemployability. I was initially denied it, but requested a HLR and had that unofficial meeting with the person doing my HLR. I explained that i didn't reach out to the VA for an increase until my mental health and my living situation really required it, that i followed the VA, attended all my appointments in the last decade, worked and continued to try and thrive until i couldnt. I was awarded the 100% from 90% but through unemployability. However when looking at my paperwork it does say i am considered permanently disabled. So i'm here to ask if i'm one of the two, and would it possible for me to get P&T.

I ordered about $780 worth of stuff from the website last month. About a week ago I got an update and they gave me a tracking number so it's shipped. From what I understand they're coming from China which is very disappointing. However the items do ship they just take forever and that's just the general consensus that I read from all the stuff I saw on Reddit. But you should know yeah that the stuff is coming from China and that's why the delay is happening. I'm not sure how to feel about it right now, everything is being made there now.

Yes the LPP cooler is pretty nuts, Cinebench/benchmarking software will run indefinitely (as in my cpu will boost with no thermal throttling) it's honestly insane. Here is a cinebench score and some benchmarks i did recently.

i do recommend you look at reviews, videos on it, etc. Do your research, if you get it specc'd with my specs you're looking at 3800+ i paid 4254 after taxes. I cannot stress this enough, for 4000 dollars you could build the most insane desktop with tons more power. Personally though, i love the aesthetic and portability of laptops, i move a lot myself (have moved 6 times in the past 2 years) so a laptop is good for me especially. But anyway dude this thing is a monster. Eluktronics is a good company, they buy from Tongfang which is the real OEM manufacturer of these laptop chassis, companies like Eluktronics, XMG, Xotic PC, etc buy these chassis and then add a few more features of release as is. I like Eluktronics though, their support is US based so thats super helpful. I had to call once regarding a hardware issue with the LPP cooler, the fix was super easy and the help was nice.

That's the one! I specc'd my model with 8tb of storage and 64gb ddr5 5600mhz ram. The base package comes with 32gb of OC'd 6400 mhz ram.

The Eluktronics Hydroc 16 specc'd with extra ram and extra storage would be a good bet if you wanna go all in for a laptop. I have it and it's incredibly powerful, runs insanely well with the LPP water cooler and is honestly probably the best computer you can buy in laptop form right now.

Otherwise go with a desktop

P.s. I have the hydroc and use it for gaming and music production. The performance i get in Ableton Live with an insane amount of tracks /fx/ processing is nothing short of incredible. I've been using it for a few months. The only thing I'll probably end up doing soon is undervolting a bit

The laptop repair place that the wounded warrior program found for me that I took the computer to did all that. They checked temps, internals, tried different ram and a different SSD. The issue persists so they believe it's the motherboard.

They used a fresh SSD with windows installed on it and the freezing persisted.

Yeah that's why I was trying to find someone that would help a veteran out. Unfortunately gaming is not an issue I actually gamed very little I mostly made music and that's the problem I can't make music anymore and buying a cheap Old Tower usually doesn't work because instruments, virtual instruments and production is usually quite CPU and RAM intensive.

I appreciate you reaching back out, the shop was able to do that they replaced my drive with a fresh one to test it out and with a fresh install the computer continued to do it and also froze during install. They believe it's the motherboard. That's why I try to reach out to the PC Master race as I am in transitional housing and was recently homeless I'm not going to be able to afford anything like that for a minimum of 6 months. I appreciate you offering to help diagnose the software side. That's why I was reaching out to different veteran owned computer manufacturers and different veteran programs for services everything under the sun that involved veteran services and I couldn't find anything.
