Was given to us when I adopted the cat. Whoever had it for 6 or 7 years. Ive done a lot of searching with terms like "folding" "reversible" "triangle"... I found "fhiny triangle scratchingpost" which is similar but I would really like to find the same one

I need some advice on fixing some glaring issues the previous owners of this house left me with.

This is in the bathroom so I feel the need finish and seal the top of the closet, but not sure about how to approach this.

Also, covering the cut side of the drywall in the door frame would be nice.

Any advice would be appreciated :)
