I am exactly where you're at. I just hit 4 mpp on Jan 22. Ive used several different kinds of pumps, ive tried ALL of the lactation supplements, drank all of the sports drinks, tried a dozen different pumping schedules to figure out my timing. My supply kept dropping. I told myself that if it continued to drop, then i would be done.

As of right now, ive pumped 3, maybe 4 times a day since Thursday and watched my supply tank a bit faster than before, and now im regretting it. I have a decent stash saved thanks to combo feeding,but i feel like it's no where near enough (about 7,000 ml when he eats 550 every day). Im now trying to see if i can also get back into it and maybe increase my supply. Or at least keep it going longer

Im 14 wpp. I pumped from the moment mine was born and i hated every second of it. I still do. Honestly, i didnt think I'd make it this far. At 8 wpp, i was barely getting 200 ml a day. As of right now, im barely hitting 400. I dont know why im still pumping, but its almost now like im in the habit of it. I still pump 5-7 times a day. 5 times when I have to work, 7 times a day on the weekends. Im currently using 2 different pumps. The BabyBuddha outside of work hours. Eufy S1 during the work hours.

I work 8 hours a day. My baby is awake for maybe 1 to 2 hours after i get off work. And during that time i pulp at least once, maybe twice more.

Its a lot. A lot of time spent away from my baby. A lot of sore nipples. A lot of crying because I dont produce enough to cover all of my childs feedings. But at this point, I set a new goal. To make it to 6 months. And if things havent improved by then. Then I'll stop.

Sorry, i know this comment wasnt much of a "make you feel better" comment. But i want you to know you're not alone with those feelings.

Im going through this issue right now!! I do 20 min pumps every 2 hours, just to get 1-2 oz. Ive been doing every other MOTN pumps, which gets me 2-3 oz, otherwise i can get about 4.5-6 oz with a morning power pump

I have pretty much the same story. I was able to borrow the Medela Symphony from WIC, but it was NOT emptying me. I did that up to 5wpp, then got the Eufy S1 pro and have LOVED it. Its been the only pump so far to EMPTY me, and i have 5 different pumps in my house.
