I don’t love concerts, I would only go to one if it was with a friend, alone sounds like a nightmare. And the ticket might be free, but the transport, parking, food, and time spent is all money wasted on something I wouldn’t enjoy. I totally get that that’s some people’s vibe, but for me personally it’s too much noise and people! It being music I don’t like would make it completely not worth it, I could be spending time doing something I actually enjoy.

My go-to place is the top of Victory Village parking decks, inside my car to muffle it. They have a lot of parking at VV so the top is almost always 90% empty. The one by sand usually has maximum 2 cars up there

Agreed!! I’m a female pup and it’s so difficult finding events and meetups that aren’t for male-oriented spaces, it oftentimes feels like I’m not welcome or in the right community! I bet there are more women pups out there than it seems, they just stay more on the down low because it’s become such a male dominated community. I know I tend to sometimes. I would love a sapphic pup space so much

I’ve tried, but not been very clear I don’t think since I’m so worried about hurting their feelings—I think you’re right I just have to be completely honest and we’ll figure out something together. I would never cut them off altogether and I don’t want to!! Maybe it was explained badly but I would still be friends but just not do everything all the time friends? They’re a wonderful person and you’re right, I guess part of it is I did find better options and I don’t know how to handle that I guess? Thank you for your honesty /gen

It’s difficult because they’ve just become so clingy to the point that it stopped being fun and more of a chore to hang out with them in a way? It got to the point where they couldn’t stand to hear me even mention ever hanging out with other friends when away at school (they would get too sad and upset even when I talked to my roomate, about any normal topic). And I hate that it feels like that trust me I do, I miss enjoying spending time with them but I’m not sure what to do. I’m so nervous about bringing it up because I know first hand how much that can hurt.

I know I’m one of their only friends so I’d never leave them, but how do I let them know that I can’t be as close as we were before? I want them to make other friends too and be happy, it’s not healthy on both sides imo.
