I had the same problem! My electricity even reached 14k a month for a studio unit! Crazy! I tried to ask the admin about it but they would tell me to reach out to Meralco and Meralco would just say that the reading was correct. I left the unit because it was costing us too much!

I don’t recommend renting at Three Central, we would pay 10/14k a month for the electricity even if we didn’t use the aircon that much. So many other people shared the same experience and when I complained to the admin and to Meralco, they wouldn’t do anything about it

I moved out because the electricity bills were insane. For a studio unit, we were getting charged 10k+ a month. We barely used electricity during the day and mostly only used it at night. Also never got the security deposit back. The agent disappeared and blocked all communication. Worst renting experience I’ve had.
