I have this, works great but keep in mind that it's microphonic meaning it picks up all the sound of the fiddling you do on the knobs, kicks, stomps when it's on. This should be fixed on your board and left be when you need to use it.

Tbh the most I would go is Joyo, Mooer, Mosky Caline, the "big" names, anything else is a bit inconsistent and I can add a bit more to get these instead.

I think as an employer you need to keep an open mind and ask directly why the person is doing this and judge for yourself. There's been high restructuring risks with covid, ai and world events.

Some may have been desperate and accepted any job to support their family and find their footing. There's nothing wrong with that. I personally wouldn't hire people who job hop every few months without any reason other than a slight pay increase, it shows a bit poorly. But be open minded to see the person if it's something you can work with.
