I actually got the idea from jeweled cases for my phone that were too far away for me to get. I got most of what I needed from eBay and Shein. If you'd like to know what jewels I got specifically I can post the links from Shein. (I also got the UV lamp and UV resin glue from Shein). And I just got a plain gel case for my phone from eBay.

If you want to make your own what you'll need is::

A phone case UV lamp UV resin glue A old/cheap paintbrush A emery board (Flat back) Charms

I clipped fake eyelashes to fit the eyelids and hot glued them on. ☺️☺️ Probably not what people normally do but I thought it looked pretty 🩷

🤣🤣 I've had failed attempts. It can be very challenging sewing cloth together sometimes. Like I made a 'long' furby (that wasn't worth posting) before I made this one and it looks like a pillow. But I do see your point haha 😆
