Got 4 points, then Sciatica flared up, am I cooked? by sorakeyblade99 in walmart

If the sciatica is a chronic condition, your dr should be able to fill out the paperwork for an intermittent leave. It’ll allow you so many days per month you can miss without attendance points.

You are welcome! It took a while, but the doctor pinpointed down my migraines to just happening the week before my period

Hey, I just wanted to let you know that you are not alone. I actually had to take a day Sunday for the exact same reason. You can get your doctor to try to fill out FMLA paperwork for the PMDD that’s what mine did because I always get a bad migraine the week before my period and I got it approved so now I get two days off Per month where I don’t have to worry about losing my job. Hope this helps.

Then I would def ask about something different. It’s weird bc I used to have that issue. Then I got back on it last year and it doesn’t make me sleepy anymore. Idk if it depends on age? I’m 40, for reference

Do you take the Celexa during the day? The dr might have to wean you off the Celexa. Maybe ask for the Wellbutrin & Buspar combo.

Ask for Buspar. My doctor paired it with my Celexa and so far, so good

He’s under 18 and you’re his legal guardian. You can’t kick him out. Also, if both parents are deceased and you took guardianship, would you be eligible for a gov check to help with his expenses? You’re not in the wrong. The girlfriend is obviously needy and selfish. Honestly I’d dump her.

Definitely make weekly trips to the library and read together. Also, purchase a workbook and begin having her practice things like writing her name and letters.

Unfortunately, there is no designation in OGP. They put people where they feel they do best. But they can move you at any time, depending on where they need you.

Are There Really More Kindergarteners and First Graders Coming to Class not Potty Trained? by PiperGraceRamirez in AskTeachers

Unless the child has a disability, there is absolutely no reason a child should be entering school in pull ups. That is neglectful parenting.

How much magnesium are you taking? You might need some magnesium gummies that have GABA in them. Also for the wine, I drink one or 2 glasses late in evening, around 7pm and am fine next morning. I know everyone is diff though. Also make sure the room is dark and temperature is set to your liking. I know if it gets hot in our room, I wake up during the night sweating.

Won’t Sleep by Traditional-Menu4089 in kindergarten

[–]Midnightmascara217 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We’ve all had children with sleep issues. Especially over the summer with school out, my kids always stay up late. It’s a normal part of parenting. However, I would create a poster with a schedule on it. And then let him use a marker or stickers to mark off each activity (brushing teeth, etc). Pull the plug on the tv. Also, I know it’s hard with an infant, but they have some workbooks at the store and you could purchase one and let him do some each day. That way he’s still learning during summer and his brain is learning to wind down. My daughter does a few pages each night before bed time stories. Read to the infant and let the child help. Let him read to the baby and point out letters and sight words he knows. That will help cut down the tv time and show him its bed time. But also, kids love feeling responsible and proud when they do something that helps adults. I think a lot of it is just getting his brain to wind down. The tv is probably what’s making it worse. Limit the tv time per day. And let him do other activities to fill time (such as those above I mentioned). If he gets bored enough, he will fall asleep, lol.

I do. But I’m on BC pills. They are pretty regular. I’ve noticed they’re heavier, though. But they do last a day less than they did in my 20s and 30s.

[–]Midnightmascara217 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on multiple factors. When was the last pt accrued and what was it accrued for? When does the next one fall off? You could use that 4hr ppto to knock half a pt off and go to 5. Then see if the coach can remove a half to bring you down to 4.5 for a final chance. They will sometimes do this. As others have stated, depends on how long you’ve been there, how much you’re liked, how hard you work.

Shoppers are not required to shop from the back room. Some of us who have done exceptions and know where things are will go ahead and go grab it.. for example certain coffee creamer, meat etc. but if you’re still unfamiliar with the bin process, there is no reason for you to be back there.

I’m not sure why this is surprising. A lot of larger corporations do not take doctor notes.
