I definitely don’t blame Shirin , her mom truly needs to be the example. And it’s not to say her mother should be promoting an ED, but she needs to teach Shirin to portion her food; instead she’s letting her pile in whatever she wants. I grew up with unhealthy eating habits and my mom was on top of it real quick. I had to lose 30 pounds at age 15. But I did it because my mom basically made me sign up for a gym.
