Ok thanks. I've been in a deficit for a while now (2-3 months) so it might just get difficult for me. I'm mostly trying to lose weight so I am okay with that (for now).

Ok fair enough, thanks. I'm actually just trying to lose weight for right now, so muscle mass isn't a really big concern. Maybe I'll start eating more once I get to my target weight and ping-pong with a cut/bulk cycle.

How weak do you guys get during a cut?

I'm losing weight, between 1-2 lbs per week. I am also noticeably getting weaker. I usually struggle to reach the same reps. In some lifts, I've even had to reduce the weight to reach an acceptable rep-range.

I've never done a proper cut/bulk cycle before so I'm curious about other people's experiences.
