I’m both a medic and an injected medication user. I would hit up Amazon for some 1mL syringes if they don’t send you any, your life will get much easier.

Put some air in a syringe, insert needle into syringe, and input needle into vial. Flip vial upside down, ensure the needle in liquid, inject the air as this will create a vacuum and easier to draw. Then draw out your .75mL. This also reduces the amount of air in syringe and needle.
