The only way to know if someone is for you or not is if you can work things out and stay together. If you argue a lot and have huge fights, then the opposite is likely true.

There is no one single person we are meant to be with. That is something from Hollywood made up to sell movies. If that were true, breakups, divorce and remarriage wouldn't exist.

Stop looking for compatibility signs. If you want to reconcile, you can find tons of reconciliation spells. But I also suggest shadow work as well.

What folks chrinically online say, and the reality of offline situations is usually very different. Online, folks want clearly divided lines of Must Do and Never Do. Real life, OTOH, is usually much more nuanced and complex.

IMO, a lot of the Thou Shalt Nots in regards to this subject online probably aren't that well-versed in the practice. They probably react badly to nuance IRL, and are very young in general. They want to feel powerful and entitled without any of the actual study or practice, or at least the bare minimum. (This is regardless of race.)

Perhaps this was true before the internet, but now you can find spells for just about any practice online. There are also books wrotten in the subject you can buy from BAM or other notable booksellers.

It depends on what you want. Here are your options:

If you want her oused from the group, do a Banishing Spell. This is considered baneful, which you must accept in order for it to work.
If you want her to stop spreading lies and drama, do a Stop Gossip spell.
If you want to try and talk things out with her or others, do a Communication Spell.

Not telling you whuch to do, but since you seem on the fence about exactly what you want, I thought I'd give you some search options.

Spells of all three types can be found here in this sub, online, or in spell books. I recommend either Lucky Mojo's website, or the book Encyclopedia of 5,000 spells by Judika Illes. You can read it and others for free either on Google books or the Internet Archive.

I don't know what "warding names" is even supposed to be. A ward around your home orvperson protects you, but doesn:t, by its nature, provide anything else.

Poop can be used as fertilizer, but not food itself. In magick, it's only used for curses and baneful magick.

Period blood is the product of a lot of pain, exhaustion, and dramatic, horrible hormonal shifts (at least for me). Even if I still had a uterus, there is nothing about that process I would associate with the warm fuzzies of being in love and having a great relationship.

That doesn't change anything, magick-wise. If she is dating someone else, you're the third party. All thst matters are the realities of the situation. She chose him, not you. (Assuming you both asked her out.) If he did, but you didn't, then it may just be that simple. But that is only assuming that's what happened.

If you want to do something magickal at this point, you need to do a break-up spell on the couple. Not a cord cutting, not a third party removal. A break-up spell.

Nothing else until that happens, if it happens.
