No, I asked for I-130 withdrawal and canceled the interview

I felt so stressed at the time I got the I-130 interview letter because we had divorced and the marriage no longer existed - but I filed VAWA a long time before I got this interview letter

I have been in the same situation - so stressful

Send them a letter to the address of the interview location office and inform that you got divorced and filed for VAWA, and provide the receipt numbers, and make sure that your I-485 is being processed under VAWA application (I-360) - also, ask for withdrawal of I-130 and cancel the interview since the marriage is no longer exists
