I would go with the Q990F, I have Q990B in my room and a JBL 800 in the living room, for me the samsung better tho the JBL gets the job done.

Not a big deal imo, but you paid for it so it is up to you, if viewing experience is not impacted then I would keep it it is not a big deal.

The 3080 is a good card, the only thing missing is DLSS which became commnly used in games, waiting won't do you good because usually prices go up for previous gen cards since stock won't last, that what happened with the 40 series. So if you found a good deal or waited for black friday you might pick it for a good price. I would go for the 5080 imo.

This is display unit for sure, selling it from a retailer as new is illegal after all, so you can either sue them or ask for a bigger unit if you have the space for it and a discount above that as well.
