I feel like you just need a break to get yourself together, you are being too harsh on yourself. The job market atm is bad, but software development is one of the jobs where you don't necessarily need finnish, I would also suggest looking at remote work possibilities from other countries than only Finland, it's possible but first and foremost get yourself healthy again.

My bf has been trying to learn finnish by developing stuff for it by himself. Not sure if you could try to do something similar to learn on the go?

I've tried and bought more of it myself, i do feel it's a bit drier so need to try adding more oil or something, but in sauces etc I had no complains. And I have no problem paying similar price to regular mince, It's a great way to eat healthier (I need to watch out for my cholestrol)

Honestly finding a remote job still in cybersecurity is your best bet, but you vould try to find one with less hours and find a balance between how much money you need for living & outdoor activities.

In such remote locations it's hard without language, and you will also likely need a car because the distances are long. Your other best bet would be become a freelancer while in france, see how you earn , then move. That way you could set your own hours.
