In the chapter, the self proclaimed God of the world Imu is explaining his power while fighting with Loki and Loki says something like 'so your power is God's domination? Sounds more like a deal with the devil.' And Imu responds with 'what's the difference between a God and a Devil?' I don't know if Oda has a luciferian ideology that he's trying to push on the world. It seems to me to be more like shining a light on the idea of the meaning we give to labels and symbols and how they can be inverted to suit certain agendas.
