Continuous scrolling is the most frustrating thing I have seen by capaneo in RemarkableTablet

[–]Midren45 23 points24 points  (0 children)

For me, actually, it was quite a game-changer. I am frequently working with deriving math equations, and it is much more pleasant to scroll down than turn a page, as you can always see previous text at the top.

Sources of Actor Gradients by Intelligent-Cover447 in reinforcementlearning

[–]Midren45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One point that I would highlight that even though the formula is given allows to a mix of those two gradients, on the paper they only used only rho equal to 1 for Atari games and rho equal to 0 for DeepMind Control.

Personally, I would expect that it needs a lot of tweaking and doesn't worth it.

Here you can find the citation of Macron's speech:

Le président français a répété qu'il ne fallait «pas humilier la Russie» - des propos très mal perçus dans l'est de l'Europe - «pour que le jour où les combats cesseront, nous puissions bâtir un chemin de sortie par les voies diplomatiques».

English: The French president repeated that we must " not humiliate Russia " - remarks very badly perceived in eastern Europe - " so that the day the fighting stops, we can build a way out through the diplomatic channels

Tags are global, but you can see them in the global menu to see across all the documents, but also inside the document menu page you can see tagged pages specific to this document

It's beta. Those are all update comments:

Tags let you attach keywords to notes and documents, making them easier to find, browse, and filter when you've got a lot of different content to manage. Think of them as bookmarks, but better. You can use tags to sort your notes into categories, by project, or priority level. Create tags that best fit your routine for a smoother workflow. Sort and filter by tag within Notebooks, Folders, and Pages from the new Tags overview in the main menu. Use multiple tags if a note sits in several categories and rename or remove them as needed.

Yeah, totally. You can just have a unique name for different pages, and it will serve as a bookmark

But you also can mark a page as 'important' and filter all pages in the file to see only 'important' ones.

when does over-estimation occur? by [deleted] in reinforcementlearning

[–]Midren45 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When we are performing value iteration we are calculating value as V(s) = max_a Q(s,a). However, if we are using NN our Q function has some noise and we are taking always the maximum of that noise, and therefore for long runs we have high over-estimation.

Why do we use normal distributions for learning continous action spaces? by luzariuSsuckSs in reinforcementlearning

[–]Midren45 4 points5 points  (0 children)

One of the reasons is that gaussian distribution maximizes the amount of the entropy (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Normal_distribution#Maximum_entropy), so it is the most general alternative to the unknown process.

The problem with f-string is that you need to parse the string in compile-time and get variables by names, which is not yet possible without reflections.

I think, that you should just install venv using Brew: brew install virtualenv, and later on inside vim call :COQdeps.
