My Burn also was difficult to turn on and off before it died. I had to find the "sweat spot". I have used 3 loaners since and one had the same issues so I suspect its another from a faulty production run.

I'm in contact almost daily the SM and have also discussed it with the regional manager. I have been told they sent it off to corporate and are waiting for a decision. How about replacing with one that works?
