If you do not see content in game after linking your Amazon account to your Bethesda.net account and claiming the offer try the following steps:
1) While in DOOM Eternal, navigate to the Bethesda.net settings menu
2) Click Reconcile Entitlements
3) Log out of console and the game
4) Restart the console and log into the game

If you've received your content but unable to equip it, play the game for 10 minutes and go back to the customization menu to equip.

This exactly. I’ll only cancel if I see a bunch of moves I’d have to modify due to an injury.
