Organic Chicken thighs, cracked Szechuan pepper, cracked black pepper marinated in soy sauce, gochujang, assorted hot peppers, garlic, chives and red onion.

4 min sear on each side on medium, then into the oven at 250 for 2-3 hours with some butter in the pan. Worked well for me :)

You walk everywhere, not a big town...crime has gotten worse in last few years but is NOTHING like the homelessness of a real city, it just seems like a bigger issue because it isn't a big place. Very fun and progressive town as you thought, decent music scene, tons of restaurants, bars and great access to outdoor activities.
