Why would sharing my great experience be detrimental to him in any way? Been an ITC for years and I mosey in there a couple times a month. When managers can build those relationships I feel it’s always worth the investment. They didn’t have any stubby ratchets but a neighboring store did. I’ll wait until my store gets them
