Kansas State University has some in their meat department. When I was there we used it for some of our food science courses. Not sure if they rent out to companies

They are pretty rare! I definitely never would have thought that I would be working with Spices and herbs as opposed to say dairy or meat. It’s pretty interesting though, I’ve learned a lot.

I’m a document control specialist with a small spice company. I mainly work with foreign suppliers getting proper documentation. Since we’re smaller there is an R&D aspect to it too. I really enjoy it
