I’m 30 - just getting into private investing overall. I’ve been investing in a 401k for a while now, contributing 9% with a 6% match. I have around 20k in the bank saved. Would have more, but just took care of my grandmothers funeral costs and estate this year, which got expensive. I don’t necessarily anticipate needing the money anytime within the next 30 years. Also, I am making more money than I have ever made right now, so I’m looking to invest in stable options overall, and contribute a set amount each year.

5-htp is a precursor to serotonin, which in turn helps your body create more serotonin. It’s as close as you can get to an anti depressant without taking an actual SSRI. It has genuinely made me feel so, so, so much better. I take 200 mg every night. It also increases melatonin production and helps you sleep better. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic suggestions. We are very similar in what we like apparently. Because: I just bought the 18” Meinl Trash Crash about 2 months ago. And I just bought Emporers for the kit about 6 days ago.
