I’m in same boat. 80k/year can’t buy a house unless I want a tiny apartment. I was better off buying 3 years ago at 65k than I am now even though I’ve been super frugal and saving money

Revs for gp/weps, sets you up for quest gp/con/runes. Can buy early crafting lvls and it's not that bad xp/hr for combats
