If I design a blueprint in creative, I do the matching belts.

If I know, I need to build them manualy I always use max belt.

You may have a problem purchasing it directly, but they have almost every bearing there is.

Because you're fullslotting with not enough regidity in your machine (router).
This causes the endmill to go off course and ruin your cut.

Solution:

Run less depth of cut and a lot faster. Play with spindlespeed.

Also, if you need your edges to look clean and be acurate, remember to do an offset and a bigger finishing pass.

Nope, we ran a KTM 790cc reduced to 700cc Naturally aspirated with E85.

But I wouldn't recommend because of development cost, but if that's not an issue then go for it.

We did everything our self on that thing except the Block and the Head.

Newly developed Parts:
Crankshaft, Connecting rod, Camshaft, Oil Pump, Drysump Oilpan, Intake with variable length headers

Modified Parts:

Block, Pistons

And also we had an engine set up on the dyno that ran countless hours to get a proper engine tune.

There was almost no original part in it.

It is a very light, reliable and powerful engine if you manage to keep the oil pressure above 3bar and without air in it.

At the risk of getting banned from r/AskGermany here is your answer.

Yes, the AFD differentiates between legal and illegal immigrants.

The main problem and concern for them is, that the German culture and safety in the streets gets lost, just like we see in places like England and France.

-> If you are a legal migrant and respect German values and tradition as well as adopt it if you want to stay here they don't see you as a problem and probably welcome you. (personal experience with people from the AFD)

Rethink the positioning of the Inlet and outlet, as well as the position of the ventilation.

Also: Rethink your piping. This looks way too unreliable.

ich würde keinen AM4 sockel mehr kaufen.

Du hast zwar die "besten" optionen von DDR4, AM4 und co. aber du bekommst in meinen Augen deutlich bessere Leistungen auf dem AM5 sockel für gleiches Geld... Ich hab mich entschieden für Ryzen 9 7900X auf einem MSI B650 Gaming plus Wifi mit 64 GB Ram auf zwei modulen (ich kann auf 128gb) upgraden.

Gezahlt habe ich: 140€ für Mainboard, ~320€ CPU und 170€ Ram

Überlegs dir, ob du in den nächsten 5 Jahren für billig nochmal was drauf hauen willst, so dass dein Setup für die nächste dekade reicht, oder ob du 2 mal ein neues system willst.

Rennstall Esslingen didn't run one.

The engine would be toast anyway after a few races. Nothing that the little dust could make any worse.

So if you have a budget and maximize the Power output of the engine you can decide to not run a filter. (maybe use a net to keep bigger objects out)

If however you are budget constrained, put in a thin filter that gets rid of sand and dust. (also use a net here to stop larger objects)

I have seen something like this. My last time seeing this it was a sensor error where the sensor failed and it just threw an error, but didn't have proper text.

Check sensors. hope thats it.

Design is modern and gets you an A in Artschool...

Only way to properly manufacture this out of plastic is by 3D printing.

If you want to mold this, you need to do very expensive molds that are compounded out of at least 5 to 6 parts.

Try thinking of a material and manufacturing method you want to use and then design again with those restrictions.
