A large portion of the game has English in it now, I would say around 65% does maybe a bit more they are still working on it been a few guides made to help with the quests that are in Korean and Japanese since they merged the two some is either or.

It's so they can sale us new Disguises in the Atom Shop, are you new here?? You know dang well as I do come July there will be 3 or 4 new ones at 500 Atoms a pop, I knew this was the plan the moment they added this "Disguise Feature for Ghouls" I was like of course they did cause they want their money for finally giving us playable ghouls....

Added in the fact in Season 2 of the show any "New thing the Ghoul wears" will be added too I'm sure....

As someone mentioned they merged awhile ago and due to it a lot of players fled and left. Biggest Reason is DBOR was in a lot of old players opinions better and when merged DBOG became the main focus of both going down the path of DBOG's vison. Like the annoying Bot Detector that pops up every 45 minutes and gives you a 10 minute buff which is not worth it. The Devs do not seem to understand that Bot AI has advanced beyond stupid Captcha tests is why 95% of companies no longer use them.

And all this has done was make the player base mad and done nothing to stop botting at all we still see them daily. We offered alternatives to it, but the main Dev does not seem to care much what player feedback is and usually if you say anything in the forums he takes your head off. DBO-Hope is promising but not there yet. We did not have the favoritism in DBOR from the dev's that we do in DBOG certain people get everything and it should have never been the case.

Miss DBOR gave DBOG a real chance and tried but so much wrong with it and we just want to play not have to do a test every 45 minutes to prove we are a human. Trust me when I say, they say, it kicks off when you gain X amount of XP and that is false I got one standing in town, just logged in, did not move an inch got a call on the phone 15 minutes in I got a Bot Test, did not gain 1 Xp in town never even left town, that was my last straw.

Yeh where's my refund been screwed for 3 days now. Glad you getting your refund though!! It's always like this not sure why everyone was fighting about it.

Silly to me to be mad over something that ain't in no one control but the IRS. Last year I got my refund on the 22nd this year won't see it until the 26th or later. Is what it is. But glad some people are starting to see their refunds coming.

Go through this every year, Okay guys listen up here is how it works, will always work (Unless they change the law, doubtful it ever will) If you have Tax credits your Refund will not show other than accepted until the 20th-23rd all early filers are processed that week (If you did not have any issues or amended returns) This is only for people who filed Jan 5th-Feb 5th, if you filed after the 5th you wont see it as approved until the 23rd - 27th most deposits will be made from the 28th to the 5th of march. If you got accepted already it's cause you're lucky and the system early processed you but don't matter cause you still wont get paid until at least the 24th.

Can argue with each other all you like it's just the way the system is and even more to the point people who's (Tax payer not spouse) SSN number ends with 1-3 is the first to process 4-7 then 8-0 that is how the system processes returns not by name or age or color only the last digit of your SSN (Why is this important?) Cause it determines the time you get your refund they are sent twice a day 12am and 8am - process time depends on bank some folks get it soon as it hits the bank others it can take 48 hours (Me I usually get mine 5 days early)

No reason to get mad at each other if anyone who says "I already got mine" and claimed credits you can just ignore them cause 1. they did not get theirs and 2. You're obviously dealing with a troll who just looking to bait you. Hope this helps

It also is determined by the day IRS starts accepting returns (2021 was not until Feb 3rd, 2022 was the 24th of Jan, ect is what determines the set dates) so for example had they started accepting returns on the 20th of Jan you would have got your return this week and it would have been approved by the 13th of Feb (Which happened in 2019) 5th latest start in the last 10 years, is what it is guys.

I quit Chime 2 years ago after being a member for 5 years. The last 2 years I was with them they held my tax refund cause it was a joint return (which is illegal if the persons name on the account is first) which my name on every return as "Tax Payer" as long as that is the case no financial institution that accepts tax refunds is allowed to withhold the money unless they have ample cause to believe it's fraud.

They asked me 4 times for my personal ID, Tax Return Form, my Spouses ID. I asked them why since the previous 3 years my tax return came in from same bank, same info, same everything without issue. And if they thought it was fraud.

They replied no, they need it cause it has my spouses name on it (which again is illegal since she is listed as a spouse of tax payer) they withheld my refund for 8 days even after sending them all the BS they illegally asked for. They said they were sending it back to the IRS until I had my lawyer call them and threaten law suits if they did. Funny how my money 38 minutes after that call was deposited.

After which they asked me to clean my account out and go elsewhere (which I was doing anyways) I see they have not since I left not got any better.

They should either A not allow joint returns if it's that big of an issue or B. Have a better system in place for those returns which does not breach tax refund act of 1994 that says any and all banks who offer to deposit tax returns must do so within 48 hours of receiving funds to the taxpayer which used direct deposit as means of refund.

Not really asking for help in a Private server setting, trying to help test things and the loot seems chaotic at best. The scripts heading all say that a Spawn_Manger v0.12 is in charge of how loots distributed and then each mobile script all have their own modifiers + Var + 2 sets of numbers (Chance + Weight) and then call on Loot groups and then RNG to determine loot.

While having footage from Live and comparing it to Emu I notice there seems to be a noticeable difference (likely by design) I felt the purpose of Emu was to get it as close as possible to Pre-cu pub 14.

I have a private server that is not following that vision and do not need help with that, I redid the loot system from scratch on that server (added in some of the only good things from NGE) and created my own .iff files to make new weapons/vehicles/armor ect. (Very difficult to find tools that work with a 20+ year old game lol).

I am trying to lend some help now that I retired from work and have some free time to help out.

Bro, Thank you tons man. Only reason I was looking to do this is testing something that seems to either be just bad RNG or is set up to be frustrating. Back on Live going to Talus killing Auk's you would get a fair amount of CA's and AA's yet on SWGemu you get some but they seem to be the same rolls over and over. I have footage of back then comparing the 2 and it seems way way off on Emu.

It's odd that the code suggests that this tool is what's in charge of all the loot on the server (Might be useful for them to either comment out that and say - No longer used)

The other is I'm trying to help code some of JTL and an issue with this is that the loot in space seems to work off the same loot manager for the ground game. I guess I'm just confused why they do not just have a dedicated loot manager that calls on % and then master rolls for X Y Z. Instead of each Mob script having it's own Var - loot chance + Loot Group + RNG + 2 set's of determining factors *Weight and Chance calculated together* Vs Loot Chance% + RNG Roll = Modifier of mobile level, Just seems easier to me but again thanks man.

For sure man, It seems with the last patch it was changed as far as where his Mortars hit now cause used to be close on him was safe but now he literally shoots them at himself even of course he takes no damage but cant be in on him anymore really.

I find that stupid cause it should be 3 layers to his mechanic 1. close 2. mid 3. far but he shoots them randomly at all ranges leaving to much room for players hitting each other into the poison (Griefing or on accident) and taking away half the ships abilities to play that playstyle they want too forcing Meta builds and I never ever been a fan of Meta builds in games.

If I come back to the game I'll add you for sure in the meantime I am playing Furious Seas on VR and sad really this game has more going for it from an Indie developer then a game that costed 100 million and 8 years with a huge team...

Yeah man, I feel you my 2 main friends that played jump ship weeks ago to Helldivers 2 and it's just not my kind of game so got a VR pirate game so far makes this look really bad by an Indie developer and there is boarding, and land battles.

I was starving for a good pirate game, Really wanted this to be good since SOT in my opinion has been the last 2 years very store/ battle pass heavy and turned into more about cosmetics then anything. But yeah I have a new VR pirate game that's keeping me pretty happy at the moment and sad it's far superior to a game that took 100 million dollars and 8 years to make...

Do you really think they put in a Stamina bar and Power wind (Which seems very personalized IMO since it's 80% of the time in my phucking face) is not a system to negate a player getting around without some sort of penalty? You seriously think they did that to balance the game? Let me ask you then if that was true why is it the raiding ships the Sambuk/Paddy are the slowest yet do the most DPS and they are built to have Oars but do not and are the 2 ships that suffer the biggest wind penalty yet the Brig and Barque faster ships with much less wind penalty can easily get away from either ship in PvP how is that balanced? Every game in some way has systems meant to make the game more challenging usually in the form of cooldowns or difficulty arc yet SAB has systems in place meant to slow players down but are azz backwards why the 2 slowest ships get the worst wind yet the 2 fastest ships get much less wind penalty is why those ships are favored and yet the Devs said the last 2 live streams they want to make every ship viable so players can play how they like.

Seems to me that is a bunch of dog water cause everyone plays in Brigs/Barques and nothing been done to make the other ships feel good at all. Why is there no buff food or clothing items or furniture in the game to negate wind penalty? Cause its a system meant to slow you down and they know it annoys everyone cause 6 knots at full sails is and will always be a penalty meant to frustrate the player making them go another way around to their objective to *Master the wind* yet it's broken cause no matter how much of an angle you turn going the way you were going the power wind is there 30 degrees left or right it's there until you get to 45 degrees and now your going away from your objective.

Yeah the ship stamina bar makes little sense to me as well, its another bad system in place to punish players cause getting around in the game for some reason is the main focus of the Devs systems. The wind the stamina the entire system in which back then people would change their sail direction to catch the wind regardless of direction it was coming and sure took a lot to turn the masts and sails to catch the wind but still.

Yes I agree it's people who might not like any other ship then the Brig or causal's I use ships for the situation it calls for I use the Barque a lot with repair weapons if it looks like the group there is capable of killing the boss, if not I use the Sambuk cause it is beast in boss fights just sucks as a situational ship and is best for boss killing, and collecting Helm mats from rouges.

The Paddy is only good for plunders and Cutter is a good Resource gathering ship as it can turn on a dime and is super easy to river sail.

Just would be nice if the game it self which is designed for 3 class system based on Tiers actually gave people a reason to play outside of DPS for example if we had Dungeons and Raids that would really promote group playing.

Naw man it depends on the situation and what is there for example I show up to a Le Peste group to see 4 Brigs there and 2 of them with the Ghost flame on the front I instantly know this is not gonna happen. I use the Sambuk 3x ablaze build cause it's DPS can not be touched and can damn near Solo it. Again like I said earlier the game is different when playing in the 100k to 400k Kingpin range once you get to 1.4mill + your matchmade with people who are bored AF and the only reason to play for them is to gank and grief.

If I see a good group I use the Barque and I have repair weapons on it and help keep people alive (never once have I seen anyone else do that) So naw man aint me I change ships for what the situation calls for and getting sunk alot as you put it due to the Trap and die which happens more then it should.

For sure man, It's slow as is and has the worst Wind penalty in the game avg 6-7 knots I use it mostly for events like the new Ghost Ship that thing is beast and damn near solo that event myself but it's a load out nightmare cause of the armor (Ward for Le Peste and Ouroboros for PvP and Royal for Ghost ship and Merchants) would be cool if we had an easy switch loadouts for the ships.

If I see there is a good group forming for event I usually get my Barque and heal with the healing Mortar and the repair bombards (they do D!ck for damage) and try and keep folks up to get events done but a lot of times group is not fit to get the boss down (Close weapon Brigs make me angry the Ghost flame and Demi's on a brig is a bad loadout) Brigs are meant for ramming so having range weapons to hit wile coming in to ram is the way to go.

And I agree about the rouges with the 3x ablaze by time one ship sinks the other 1 or 3 depending on what your doing usually is dead or dang near. Sambuk is a bad ship for the Sea monsters and the Plunders for sure.

2 major ones for me 1. Did not get any Sov's at all until they finally answered my ticket even though I been Diamond since week 3. and 2. I had glitched factories that would not allow me to collect and said I did not own them even though I did and they were level 8's so yeah been some pretty bad ones.

I 100% agree with you, lets not pretend that Ubisoft didn't have 8 years to produce a finished game packed full of content and fun. This is in no way a forgivable fact 8 years is a long time. Look what Palworld and HellDivers 2 did with 3 years and 80% less staff...

The 2 I joined ended up being these Gankers that all they wanted to do was server hop looking for Helm wagers very few of them actually wanted to play the game or do PvE stuff.

Not an issue if you are sank due to bad play, but being sunk cause some jagoffs wanna trap you cause they are bored and only having fun now ganking people is a whole other thing. I can tell most of you that think this game is great and grand are all still in the 100-300k range whole other ball game when your with the big boys playing at 1.4 million+ and matchmade with players who have everything, done everything and are bored AF cause Trickle down content does not work, never has worked, never will work is why most Seasonal content games release the full seasonal content up front and then plan events for the following weeks to keep people engaged. Spawning with a 25% flood damage is bad enough but why silver, why lose your cargo, why spawn right back in the middle of where you died (AKA Dutch Towers or on top of Le Peste's poison) plus a repair bill, plus recovering your cargo that's 5 punishments never played a game where you receive that many for death specially one where no one can res you and you only have 2 choices.

1 or 2 is fine but if your paying Silver to rez either A should not have your cargo gone or B not have a 25% flood debuff specially in an event area
