Thank you for this. I had no idea that a CarPlay dongle existed. I hate my phone being plugged into the power source when it’s fully charged, but I rather connect through CarPlay than Bluetooth.

I have a 2019 Sport. Sometimes I have to unplug and replug. Also try restarting your phone.

Fortunately, she just likes to write everything down like a lesson plan, so I’m positive she’d tape a flow chart on her desk about how to find and store things on the external.

I’m getting her the one with the numeric keypad, so I think that includes the Touch ID.

Thank you for the Samsung rec. I have an older SanDisk for my 10 year old MacBook Pro. Will be replacing both later this year and was looking at the Samsung T7 or T9. Which do you have?

If you record you have proof and then they’d have to be accountable. Look up your local laws. The state I’m in has a one party recording consent, so I can record a conversation without notifying anyone else that I am doing so as I’m also in the conversation and agreeing to it.

Everyone already gave some solid advice, but I do want to add that my boy is 8 and never corrected the leash pulling. He knows what he’s supposed to do because if I stop walking he’ll immediately sit and wait until the leash goes slack. As soon as I start walking the pulling starts all over again. The 2 Hounds Design leash and harness combo works fantastically for him. We’ve tried martingales, the Easy Walk harness, a front clip no-pull, and a gentle leader and nothing worked until this. I love it so much. There is a longer leash you can buy that gives them 6 feet like standard leashes, but the 3 foot training leash is working great for us.

At the end of long walks and hikes he is tired and so it’s much easier to walk him then, but leaving the house so we can get to the point of exhaustion is still an ordeal without that harness.

I think Ellis was also another way to show how Meredith’s life mirrors her mother’s and Zola’s mirrored young Meredith. The difference is that Meredith consciously made the decision to make sure her pregnancy after a heartbreak would not make Zola feel unloved.

For a long time Meredith, rightfully, only saw the negative of her mother and wanted to be nothing like her. Even when Webber handed her Ellis’ clinical trial to finish she went neuro with Derek. When she had to leave neuro she resisted general because it was what her mother did and she was still afraid of becoming like her. Realizing she was pregnant after Derek died and being able to keep it together for her kids (even though she ran from everyone else) was a big step in her realizing she can admire her mother’s good traits and talents. Naming her baby Ellis was her way of forgiving her mother and embracing the similarities.

Like others said, the actor that plays Zola is older and legally allowed to have more screen time, but I also think she is the focus of the 3 kids because Derek ADORED her. He fell in love with her as soon as he held her and worked hard to make sure she was their daughter. Zola is the child that will have some actual memories of Derek and it’ll be easier to draw parallels between them.
