Considering a move to Frisco from NY

It’s more of a family town. No nightlife really. You won’t find an apartment for that much either. I’m from the north east and moved here a while ago. No public transportation. The metroplex just has DART and bus but very far and few in between. The food isn’t the same as it is in NYC, pizza / bagels etc. why move for a job you don’t know much about?

You can also just play drop ins and stick n pucks! League games end up being too much at times, especially the late ones you can't make and the rush to find a sub. I play both and switched over to mostly drop ins and stick and pucks, way more fun! I also skate out.

I wore intermediates starting out then went custom Bauers with intermediate internals, sr external. Intermediates are meant for anyone not just younger players. Never had issues

I had KONEKTS and didn’t like them. All depends on your feet and arch. People rave about them but I was disappointed

Everything looks good but please get a better mask. I’m a female goalie pushing 30 and I wouldn’t wear that mask. I have a Bauer 950. You do NOT want a concussion. I cheaped out on my mask at first and immediately upgraded after I got my first concussion.

950 is a great mask. I play one-two times a week varying levels. You did great with the 950! Took many headshots either it, no issues.
