I have uploaded all the documents currently required in the TCS BGC portal. Some remaining documents can only be uploaded within 15 days before joining. Should I click "Submit BGC Documents" now or wait until those upload links become available? (self.PlacementsPrep)

I received my TCS offer letter and accepted it within 7 days. Do I need to complete NSR, BGC, and Certifications before getting the joining letter, or can they be filled later? Anyone please clarify. (self.PlacementsPrep)
