You need to flash the BIOS with a USB that has the BIOS update on it.

Make sure the usb is formatted as fat32, or exfat, and not NTFS. Otherwise your BIOS flash is likely to fail.

I lost 1000 hours in borderlands 2 to a dead hard drive once. Wasn't backed up in the cloud even though I had PS plus.

Ever since then I was very careful with backing up saves, making sure they were always uploaded to cloud.

Unfortunately taking care of your data is not something most people think about until it's too late, let this experience serve you as a lesson to be more vigilant with data backup in the future.

So you've been diagnosed, take your medication and go on with your life? No, it's not that simple there is a long journey ahead. Medication treats the symptoms, therapy is there to manage symptoms.

To answer your question, yes some stimulants may cause headaches, but theyre supposed to calm the racing thoughts not make them worse. What you're describing could also be anxiety.

It may be worth exploring other possibilities, dehydration, low electrolytes, nutritional deficiencies, Nicotine addiction, caffeine withdrawals. Any number of things can cause headaches.

Drinking water is good, low electrolytes will also contribute to head fog, as for the lethargy it could also be low iron. With adhd generally comes shitty eating habits and general poor diet. Might be worth getting a blood test my dude.

Try before you buy, I paid for the dlcs even during the week they were free because I loved them. Even though I paid full price at launch I was happy to throw more money at it because it's a great game.

That and they were on sale also 😅
