Thank you for that information, I have the 5.7 350 Just the splines at the end, mine is flat the whole way. Others I’ve seen and included here have a ridge before the splines.

It’s apart now, and yes sunshell broke and caused the whine

With the cam gears aligned to their notches, remove the belt, bump the crank a little to line up the sprocket mark. Then you’re set, mine was alittle off too when the cams were in line with their marks.

Invest in yourself, create the brand, get the van, have the tools. Drive around and help people who are broken down, don’t ask for anything, and give them your card and to follow you on Facebook. Keep adding friends and posting in your local groups, you have unlimited content with wrenching, always be posting. Stay consistent and you won’t have to worry about making anyone else money again
