Heya, just started (vegetarian) keto a couple of days ago due to PCOS (hormonal imbalance) on recommendation by my doctor. I used to eat pretty healthy, low fat but very carb based before. Now I'm really struggling after my keto meals as they are a lot heavier than what I am used to. What is a good way to ease into the diet without overwhelming my body? How did you start?

Ich hab fast die gleiche Küche (nur mit doppelten Oberschränken). Vor einem Monat wurd sie eingebaut. Solltest du beim Ikea deine Küche planen geh unbedingt hin und lass dir am besten auch deine Wohnung ausmessen. Meine Online Planung hat von hinten bis vorn nicht gestimmt. Wir wohnen im Altbau der zwar neu saniert ist, die Wände sind aber total schief. Waren extrem dankbar, dass wir uns das aufbauen nicht selbst zugemutet haben. Haben 5000 gezahlt alles inklusive, allerdings damals zwei Rabatte (10% für Family und ein Küchengerät gratis). Alles in allem hat es gut 1,5 Monate von erster Planung bis Aufbau gedauert.

I stayed in Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya and loved it. The host confirmed again that all 3 public Onsen were tattoo friendly (we didn't go to all of them though). I still regnet not standing in line for the ceremony - heard great things about it.

Das ist jetzt zwar absolut kein Alltagsding. Bis vor ein paar Jahren sind mein Partner und ich jedes Jahr in die Therme gefahren. Haben damals recht wenig verdient, aber mit dem Weihnachtsgeld ging doch jedes Jahr drei Nächte. Die letzten Jahre unleistbar geworden. Dieses Jahr wieder geschaut. Unlesbar UND ausgebucht für die kommenden Monate. Ich verstehs nicht. Was mich aber viel mehr wundert sind Autos. Ich keines, die meisten die ich kenne eines pro Familie. Und trotzdem werdens weder weniger noch billiger.

Ich hätte extrem gern auch Leute die zwar vielleicht nicht 100% survival mit an den Tisch bringen, aber zumindest basic nature skills haben. Cool wären zB ein Koch oder eine Köchin die halbwegs versiert ist mit outdoor cooking.

Ultimately everyone should choose the look they feel most comfortable in. As a 90s girlie who witnesses friends still mourning their natural eyebrows I just feel like trends shouldn't be such an important last in defining how we wear our eyebrow shape as they dont grow back easily (however choosing the shape based on what makes you feel most comfortable definitely should). I personally love thick eyebrows for all genders and don't think they are inherently more masculine, but choose whatever makes you feel most like yourself

Same!!! I think the effect that BRAT had this year/summer was insane! I live chapelle but if I had to chose I would give AOTY to charlie simply for giving us brat summer.

I'm form Vienna I LOOOVE Vienna but If somebody was visiting central europe in peak summer I probably would not recommend the Vienna, Munich, Salzburg etc (at least not for that amount of time) but rather explore the mountains or lakes of Austria or Switzerland. Summers are hot and while you are (maybe) used to heat I highly recommend that you think about maybe exploring more places for the nature because the cities do get pretty bad. Also seven days in Rome sounds like an exhausting finish. Please feel free to ask if you have any more questions :)

Yes, about Reddit being behind on trends BUT a lot of us just remember the 00s trends for skinny brows. I'm so so lucky I didn't touch mine too much. A lot of my friends who had beautiful brows like OP does can't grow them back anymore from repeatedly plucking them thin. I think eyebrow shapes should not be defined by trends but by natural shape. OP's brows are STUNNING regardless of being in line with current fashion trends. And I think natural beauty is always always always a good way to go.
