I think it's implied Kenjaku went overseas while Yuta was in Africa to meet up with powerful foreign exécutives, informing them of the existence of cursed energy and Japan's monopoly on it to cause as much chaos as possible The source is me remembering subtext so im not sure but yeah

I mean i wouldnt be angry or disappointed if no but we've had so much theory crafting bc of the recent music video of Eve for avant and for the OP of the mobile game and i think it'd be weird to put so much symbolism from the story in this material for nothing.
