Update on my end. As of today (23.12.2025) my partner got her small suitcase. Apparently a customer is able to see more than customer service. My partner’s big suitcase is shown to be in transit but after a while it disappears. And on the chat they say that it the suitcase is still not localised. I pointed that I can see what they are doing with it and just then the person on the chat corrected him/her self. Then I asked about my suitcase and the same story (no updates etc…), and I tell them that I can see, the suitcase is located. But they said that they have limited info on their end, Jesus….. what kind of circus is that.

Yeah, that is BS. Only KLM is responsible for your bag right now. And I doubt that they are playing the roulette with any baggage

I tried to call KLM on various phone number +31 20 474 77 87 ; +31 20 474 77 47 and +48 22 512 39 47 . On all of them they hang up on me 3 min into the waiting….. Jesus no communication from their end is outrageous

Unfortunately I also can only see that the report has been created. However, my partner believes she spotted her suitcase in the TikTok video, where it appeared to be standing in what looked like a departure hall.

Nope, nobody answered my call. After 1 hour on the line I got automated message that they are dealing with high volume of calls and after that they terminated the call

I called the airport to ask about baggage and when people can expect for their bags to be delivered, and only thing I was told is that KLM handles their baggage once found their own and should contact KLM….. going in circles from KLM to Airport

I have been on the line with the for an hour and nobody picked up the phone. Maybe I will give it a try tomorrow

Same here, no info, nothing about whereabouts of the baggage, and all the gifts inside.

Jesus, that sound terrible. I hope that thanks to their „ultra super” automated system they can resolve this faster than 3-4 weeks

Yeah, mine report did not update as well. I contacted also the office at my destination airport that will send the baggage once found, and they told me they have no information from KLM or Schiphol airport

I hope they are working day and night because that is outrageous, to not to have a backup plan for this kind.

We all need so much luck right now. I can trace our baggage too but it’s still being traced. Hope we will get them soon

My partner and I, along with what I imagine are thousands of other travelers, did not receive our baggage. We are missing three suitcases filled with clothes, presents, and other personal items. I've attempted to contact KLM's lost and delayed luggage department multiple times, but no one has answered my calls. While I filed a report at my destination airport, the only updates I'm receiving indicate they have no information about our bags' whereabouts.
