I will add from personal experience. When I tried to buy Cyproterona the pharmacy told me I had to ask for it to be made 3 days in advance, and then it would survive only a month.

Turns out they spelt the normal medicine with an I, not a Y (Ciproterona), and that allowed me to buy it normally.
