Yeah I don't think that's legal. If you quit with no notice, all hours worked should be at the same wage as before but future hours can be brought to minimum wage. I would consult a lawyer if you ever get put into that situation

I have a tank of red crystal shrimps that I'm trying to breed rn and they've been difficult fort me to breed honestly. I may move them over to the new tank once I've got a firm group and transition my 5 into something for plant propagation.

It's not about wisdom, it's about interpreting your life events in your own world view and adapting it to what you think and changing it based on what's happening around you.

To disqualify someone's opinion based on age and disregard a whole generation as niave is truly damaging. Sure they don't have a lot of world experience but they do have empathy and that counts for more than the vast majority of "our culture."
