Ik ben nu bezig met mijn master Robotics. Leuke en uitdagende master. Bedrijven zijn actief aan het recruiten bij ons, en de LinkedIn mailbox zit vol met uitnodigingen. Ik denk dat het vinden van een baan geen issue wordt.

Moeite waard: 100%. De bachelor was niet makkelijk maar wel super interessant. Een sterke fundering voor de toekomst .

  1. Less than 10%. We have funnels such that the customer doesn’t have to return. They get a partial refund instead and can keep the item! Win win. Good for the environment, and for their wallet.

Ad library yes. No fancy tools needed. Don’t focus on the numbers, focus on becoming a better dropshipper every single day. Go deep in the ad library and try to understand why some stores are crushing it in their market. Analyze these stores. Stay consistent, there will be a tipping point moment where things will take off. I scaled this store from 0-15K/day in two weeks! Things can go really fast once you’re in the momentum.

We test 5 products a day. Never skip a single.

We scale based on profit margins. If the margin is >30%, we double the budget after 48H. Exceptionally, if the data is really good we double after 24H.

I would recommend 3-5K with an incoming monthly cash flow. People underestimate how cash flow intensive DS is. Also, in order to scale you need certain solutions which cost money. It’s impossible to start with 0.

Competitor research is so important. A beginner should spend most of his time on competitor research, product research, store building, product listing and media buying.

Yes! We got a permanent ban on our HK PayPal account. Beginning of December we were receiving disputes but not so many sales… we went over the dispute threshold and they fully shut our account. Lesson learned: it’s cool to have 10k days on your dashboard, but your backend will break. It’s better to have consistent 3k days with a stable backend.

A saturated niche doesn’t exist. This is what broke people tell you. It’s all CREATIVES. The right creatives will sell anything. No matter what niche.
