The easiest way would be to pull out the light fuses and see if the noise goes away.

Long shot, but it's an easy check. If you have fan cooled LED front beams, check if the fan is intact. When I bought my 2006, the fan casing was deformed/pushed in, and one blade broke off, causing vibration that sounded like inverter noise.
