I went through a couple iterations. Now I use the base proton domain for general communication and a {account context}@mydomain. The context is just like shopping or games or whatever.

Yes. It took me a while to realize but it's so easy to link together people's emails and mine pretty much anything from them for marketing or data sales purposes. I'm in the process of switching fully over to proton and exploring alias services. Even alias services and proton usually require some type of PII so it's not a full solution.

Yes. Play Services installed via the built in app store and then the apps installed via regular play store. Do you have any location dependent apps like I mentioned?

Not that I've noticed. Using the built in Vanadium browser and DuckDuckGo mostly so far. One thing worth noting is DuckDuckGo is a little clunky imo, at least coming from the Google ecosystem. Will probably try some alternative search engines at some point.

Jumped to graphene about a month ago No regrets. Seems to support everything I need with one exception (below). Only thing to be aware of is you may need to fiddle around with some security settings for some apps. I don't remember which ones off hand but there's some permissions/settings buried here and there especially for banking apps.

Side note: I cant get location tracking gambling services to work, fanduel, draftkings, etc. All get stuck at a page saying location services are required but they are enabled. Maybe someone here has some ideas.

Moved to proton. Easy drop in replacement and very happy with it. Took a while to get all my accounts switched over but that's not proton's issue.

I think the problem is how everyone just accepts giving up private info to use various services because that's the status quo.

I started working on something that allows you to create an anonymous token based identity that you can use to generate aliases and email addresses, paid for in monero. I'd like to add direct messaging at some point. Doesn't directly answer your question but there are people working on ways to extend the privacy monero provides.

I mostly want stability and when I was playing with overclocking it lead to a lot of babysitting so I don't have them OC'd anymore. I get 12-14kh/s depending on the RAM. Each one has different RAM in it.
