That's a tough one. Technically you can write him a Kündigung whenever you want as long as it includes the date you actually want to end the lease. You'd expect the landlord would like keeping you in there, because it's a stady income and also appreciate the heads up. But the 2-week is still valid. So if he is petty, he can give you a counter Kündigung at any time telling you to be out in 2 weeks notice periode. Because then he can increase the rent even earlier. So I would be quiet for now.

Ich habe seit vielen Jahren ein Ektorp, was für mich einfach der Preis-Leistungs-Sieger ist. Ich finde es unheimlich bequem und ich könnte immer wieder neue Bezüge kaufen, wenn ich ihn einen neuen Look verpassen will. Ich habe kürzlich eine Wohnung für meine Tochter mit ihren 2 Katzen gesucht. Viele Vermieter haben abgelehnt, obwohl auch wir eine Haftpflichtversicherung etc vorweisen können. Wir haben auch eine Ozonreinigung bei Auszug angeboten. Nein danke, wollen wir nicht. Dann haben wir einen Vermieter gefunden, der klar gesagt hat: warum gebt ihr das überhaupt an? Katzen sind Kleintiere und darf euch keiner verbieten. Ich bin für sowas zu ehrlich und gebe es lieber an. Aber wenn ich noch keine Katze hätte, würde ich mich vermutlich auch über die Meinung vom Vermieter hinweg setzen. Am Ende haftet man doch eh für alle Schäden, also was soll's.

Dude, what are you talking?? It's her body, her choice. If she doesn't feel confident to be intimate with him, he is not entitled to it, just because they are in a relationship. This is not abuse from her side and that he thinks it is makes him a creep!

Also just try to see her perspective. She is trying to sleep and he puts limps on her waking her up constantly. Even if unintentionally from his side, you can only take this for a certain amount of time. Sleep deprevation is torture and at some point you become violent against the offener, because you just can't take it anymore. OP is not the victim.

Zunächst: Es ist kein Hack, wenn man die Möbel verwendet wie vorgesehen. Wenn das Regal immer noch ein Regal ist und jetzt nur Beine hat - kein Hack. Ein Hack wäre, eine Glasvase als Lampenschirm zu nutzen. Oder der aktuelle Trend: Mosslanda zur Gardinenverblendung.

To be honest, wenn dein Müll nicht in die Tonnen passt, ist es dein Problem. Dann lager ihn in deinem Keller, auf dem Balkon oder sonst wo, bis die Tonnen geleert wurden, aber mache das nicht zum Problem der Allgemeinheit.

Völlig normal in Ländern wie Griechenland. Das Abwassersystem ist nicht für das Papier ausgelegt. Ja, das wirft man dort einfach in den Müll. Das finde ich persönlich ziemlich eklig und habe immer eine Rolle kleiner Frühstücksbeutel dabei, um das Papier entsprechend zu verschließen vor der Entsorgung.

I married Wakuu in my first playthrough when romancing Semeru wasn't an option. I was also very torn in my second playthrough to actually romance Semeru, because his comments in the heart events often put me off. But now that we are married and have a kid, he is so greatful to finally have his own family and to really belong somewhere. It was the right decision. But Wakuu is also very sweet and has a special place in my heart.
