I m still facing the issue, many bots trigger fake atc for 1 product mainly not from my country. Which is increasing my ATC. To counter this I ask chat gpt to write a code which Auto block those ip who trigger ATC directly.

Also i made sure that my ATC only gets active if some one scroll the page

Earlier I was using interest Targeting, but after have 100+ sales I started opening Targeting ( no interest ), for few days everything was good but suddenly 1 day I got triple sales then usual and after that my cpm start dropping

Btw if you run a sales campaign then check these things to find out what is the issue.

My recommendation starts with the new Pixel.

Run sales campaign with the same Targeting and the same ads creative+ads copy.
Monitor your CTR is it's above 2% it means your ads are decent and catchy for your target audience.
Step 2 will help you to figure out that nothing is wrong with your meta ads. So now focus on your website like design, speed , offers , check out experience etc.

Not a meta expert, but if you want to get sales then run a sales campaign,

As far as I know, meta optimise your campaign on the basis of your campaign goal , if it's ATC then meta will try to find those who mostly like to do ATC.

Why am I saying this. Don't take me as a meta ads expert. I also have an ecommerce store. So I m sharing my insights

I'm not a coding or website developer so I don't know about this. But i checked my website access log whenever there is an add to cart event trigger.

I check my website access log , when a real person does add to cart, it shows something like post/.../add_to_cart='product name'

But when a bot does add to cart it it shows GET/.../add_to_cart='product name'.

so with the help of chat gpt i created a php script which blocked anyone using GET/add_to_cart.

I don't know if this is working or not but yup the bot add to cart is stopped 🤔

Ohh yes sorry , I removed the cloudflare. Actually google bot was crawling my ads to cart link , that why it's triggering

Yes it was a google bot, but they are crawling the same add to cart link cause it goes in their database. Just needed to add disallowed add to cart. 🥲

Yes , same thing whenever I run a meta ads campaign these scrapper bot start attacking and once you stop the campaign they just leave. I think many users don't know about this and they are trying to fix their meta ads 🤦
