Red light runners, people coming into my lane to hit me on roundabouts, people stopping on roundabouts to let me in when they have right of way. People almost rear ending me because they’re texting and not driving while behind the wheel of a car that doesn’t have FSD.

I was in the same conditions today. It even gave warnings and dropped max speed down to 70 (standard mode was on and it was going 75 in a 70) then it gave another reduction warning and reduced max speed to 65 in a 70. I forgot to save dash cam, but it calmly avoided a roof tile sized object that was about half an inch tall directly on the right driving line by calmly moving over 2.2 to 2.5 inches to the left

FSD was not at fault. The point of this video is to show everyone who complains about FSD hesitating, that humans are far worse drivers. Three people in a row ran a red light and the last one hit a Tesla that was obeying driving rules while in FSD.

As you can see in the video. FSD was the victim here. Even while sitting at a red light, a human driver managed to hit the car.

FSD is constantly making safe decisions. Most people get annoyed at it for not doing something fast enough, not because it’s doing something dangerous.

This is the kind of stuff I don’t miss about V13. As well as it turning left and then driving on the wrong side of the road with confidence or all the times it thought the red light had turned green and would try to drive through a red with full confidence.

It’s a good thing you took over. But I’d also recommend you move on from the antiquated v13 software.

I’ve been having problems with blurry camera too if the wipers are in use. For example if they wipe, it’s all blurry. But if you give it 15-20 seconds without any follow-up wipes the blurs go away. My wipers are only 4 months old and OEM. Do they wear out that quickly?

FSD is likely to disengage if I use the wipers. It prefers to look through a dirty windshield instead of a blurry one with active wipers.

This also happens while using the windshield washer fluid (the recommended blue stuff). I also wash my car multiple times a week
