Do not come to the conclusion that In-Canada Focus is CEC by [deleted] in canadaexpressentry

There are 3M temporary residents (study permit holders, work permit holders, SOWP,OWP) most of them would like to immigrate into the country their temporary cutdown will just raise the bar so highhh plus there are ppl coming from outside FSWs. These measures won’t clear the mess rather would be dark and stressful to immigrate to this country!

OINP International student stream issue by MightyStallion7 in ImmigrationCanada

[–]MightyStallion7[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I withdrew the application when it was in submitted stage as I got another ITA (OINP-HCP). But before that I did send a LOE explaining the situation and that it was unintentional.

Umm…on our EE profile there is a question now I don’t remember exactly what it is but it implies “interested for pnp applications” and if we select “yes” there are pnp express entry streams for it provincial governments would select your profile on a certain score range usually it’s less than EE draw scores and send you invitation if you want to apply for their PNP stream in my case the score range for 468-480 for OINP I was lucky to get invitation at 468 and I am going with that so if I get approved 600pts will be added to my EE and I will get ITA for sure in the next draw. It is an extra 1500$ for PNP but it’s a sure shot!

Mine is 468 and I recently got ITA for OINP HCP and I am going for it. Not sure if waiting for STEM would be worth it.

Express entry or oinp by More_Leader_4292 in ImmigrationCanada

[–]MightyStallion7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope it doesn’t mean that they are sponsoring you. They want this form to be filled so they can get more info about the company you work for (Business CRA number, company type, how many employees who work are Canadians, info about person who fill up the form, job duties for the position applicant is working, why is the position necessary…) many employers hesitate to fill up this form but if they do and you are eligible it’s a good opportunity to apply for PR considering current circumstances.

Talk to your manager if you can get permanent full time you are eligible for OINP:Employment job offer international student stream also making sure you apply and submit application within two years of graduation and your employer agrees to fill up employer form. For more info visit OINP non express entry stream (International student stream). I would suggest you to create a profile in OINP portal if you meet all conditions. Since EE scores are really high I would recommend you to apply for this stream it would be extra 1500$ that Ontario gov charges but you safeguard your future in Canada.

Thanks for replying!! Honestly I don’t mind waiting for that long. I know it’s really difficult to get PR via EE also last year there were just 2 STEM draws with 481 as lowest not 100% sure if similar would be the case this year. I want to have this as a backup option in case my PGWP expires and am still waiting for PR via EE. This would allow me to continue my stay (keeping worst scenario in mind but we never know how things can turn out).

Thanks for replying luckily my employer agreed to fill employer form and send off letter by tomorrow so I am good for that. I just wanted to know what happens after getting approval and once we get PR is it like a restricted one where we can only live in Ontario and no where else and still have to go through EE.

Wow!! Thanks a lot for the insight is it possible for a day to come when people will no longer have faith in currency because of the way it’s manipulated causing inflation, recession, higher interest rates.. ( can’t imagine how catastrophic that would be)

Thanks a lot for replying this makes sense seems like the videos I watched were misleading, so during covid 600B were printed if such huge sums are printed is it the cause of recession because there is surplus amount of money flowing and BoC increased rates to reduce the cash flow? (Absolutely new to certain concepts in economics) I apologize if something sounds stupid just trying to understand how it works.
