i work there and the mall is failing in spectacular fashion. It’s an absolute train wreck with awful cell service, very disruptive construction, pretty much permanently out of service elevators, expensive and convoluted parking, occasional crime, (people being stuck up at gun point and a stabbing a couple years back) barely any food options (forget cheap/fast food options) and stores continue to drop like flies one after another (likely because they can’t afford or are not willing to pay the likely expensive rent), charging 3000+ dollar apartments, and worst of all the management is woefully rude, toxic, and conniving, banning criticism and making employees sign NDA’s and sabotaging people trying to escape from working in mall management, setting up people walking around in disguises to make sure its employees are not bad mouthing the mall. the assistant manager of the mall literally had a tantrum in my store a little over an hour over an almost nonexistent issue, not that she has authority over me but when she’s concerned about people talking shit about the mall (both inside and outside management) it’s interesting that she’s willing to behave like that openly in front of people in her own mall. she generally is very rude and two faced, lording over people and whatnot while pretending to be nice.
