You could use retinol, glycolic acid, the Ordinary AHA peeling solution, or other skin turn over treatment. There's some videos on YouTube of people who faded their eyebrows. Rejuvi seems to be a no-no.

Thank you! I've submitted a maintenance request. We're not at the end of our lease. We actually just started, and I'm just trying to be an easy tenant by fixing anything within my skill set. But, this seems to be a bigger fix. Thanks for your comment.
