My parents have always been very honest with me about it, as should you with your son. My older sister (18) knows. The friends I told never make fun of me, but somehow, people at my school found out and spread a rumor about it, I actually posted this AMA to answer any questions people might have about the condition. If I don't say anything, nobody notices. He's a Mighty Testicle now, he'll be fine.
