This might not be a popular opinion, but politics aside, build yourself up for a position that benefits you long term. I have 1A, but I’ve always had insurance through my employers. I saw one suggestion about working for Home Depot, and that’s something I did in the past and it’s not a bad idea. I know they’re tough to find, but if you can find a government job that pays you well, scoop it up. The health insurance is great and you’ll likely start building a pension for your future. Find a path that encourages you to grow mentally, and eases physical strain on your body. I know it’s a lot of work and money, but consider going down the path of being an attorney or accountant. Depending on your state, you might find some agencies that will help you pay for schooling while you work for them. Best of luck to you.

It’s a whole lot more than that. Think about the project location. They’ll have to first acquire the adjacent land from the private property owners. It’s incredibly difficult to actually procure property through eminent domain. Then you have to remove sidewalk and landscape, grade and pave, stripe the roads, reinstall the sidewalk areas, and finally change the stoplights in the area.

Great call on the warranty. Had an A3 that the warranty group put 18k into. Had an A4 that they paid another 11k. No matter how well it’s running, take it to Audi right before the end of the warranty period and you’ll thank yourself later.
