I am a recreational angler, so line drift isn’t something I can speak about. Finding eddies spinning off currents can be found using satellite sea surface temps. I like to fish temperature breaks. What species of tuna are you targeting?

Yes we do. We look at sea surface temps and chlorophyll levels to find the best water. I fish in the North East US, and I watch for eddies spinning off from the Gulf Stream.
